Services
Four trades. One accountable contractor.
Every scope below is work our own crews perform. When a job needs all four, it still runs on one contract, one schedule and one point of contact.
01/Residential and Commercial
Restoration
We take the loss end to end. Emergency board-up and tarping stops the damage from spreading, structural drying and dehumidification bring the building back to a dry standard, and smoke, soot and odour remediation clears what the fire left behind. Then the same crew rebuilds. One contract, one point of contact, no handoff between the mitigation company and the builder.
Scope of work
- 24/7 emergency response, board-up and tarping
- Water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification
- Fire, smoke and soot remediation, odour control
- Mould remediation and containment
- Contents pack-out and controlled storage
- Full reconstruction back to pre-loss condition

02/Residential and Commercial
Roofing
The roof is where most losses start, so it is where we do our most careful work. Architectural asphalt, standing seam metal, tile and low slope TPO and modified bitumen. Every replacement gets new underlayment, new flashing and new edge metal, because a roof is a system and reusing the weak parts is how the next leak happens.
Scope of work
- Full roof replacement, steep slope and low slope
- Architectural asphalt, metal, tile, TPO, modified bitumen
- Storm and hail damage repair, emergency leak response
- Underlayment, flashing, drip edge and ventilation
- Roof inspections and condition reports
- Gutters, downspouts and drainage

03/Residential
Home Remodeling
Rebuilding after a loss taught us how to renovate an occupied home without wrecking the life inside it. Dust containment, protected walkways, a schedule you can plan around and a written scope that does not grow quietly. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions and full interior renovations, drawn, permitted and built.
Scope of work
- Kitchen and bathroom renovation
- Whole-home interior renovation
- Additions, bump-outs and basement finishing
- Framing, drywall, trim and finish carpentry
- Flooring, tile, cabinetry and countertops
- Permitting and inspection coordination

04/Residential and Commercial
MEP
Most restoration and remodel schedules slip in the walls. We keep mechanical, electrical and plumbing in-house on the critical path so rough-in, inspection and close-up happen on the dates we gave you. HVAC replacement and ductwork, panel upgrades and rewires, repipes and fixture sets, all coordinated against the same drawings as the build.
Scope of work
- HVAC replacement, ductwork and ventilation
- Electrical service and panel upgrades, rewiring
- Plumbing repipes, drain lines and fixture sets
- Water heater and tankless installation
- Rough-in coordination and inspection scheduling
- Code correction and deficiency repair
