- Do you charge for an estimate?
- No. Assessment and a written line-item estimate are free for property inside our service area. You only pay once you approve a scope.
- Will you work with my insurance company?
- Yes. We document the loss the way carriers require, photo logs, moisture readings, measurements and a line-item estimate, and we meet the adjuster on site. We do not, however, adjust your claim or advise you on coverage.
- How fast can someone be here?
- Emergencies are dispatched 24 hours a day. For non-emergency work our target is a same or next business day site visit inside the Charlotte metro.
- Do you handle both the mitigation and the rebuild?
- Yes, and that is the point of the company. The crew that dries and documents the loss belongs to the same firm that rebuilds it, under one contract.
