Elite Restoration Group LLC is a full-service restoration and construction contractor working across the Charlotte metro, the wider Carolinas and South Florida. We handle emergency mitigation, structural drying, smoke and odour remediation, and the permanent roofing, remodeling and MEP work that closes the building back up.
The company was founded by Elizabeth Labrada on a simple observation about how restoration usually goes. A mitigation company arrives fast, dries the building and leaves. Weeks later a general contractor arrives, re-scopes the same damage from scratch, and the owner spends the next several months translating between two firms and an adjuster who is talking to both.
We kept restoration, roofing, remodeling and MEP under one roof so that never happens. The crew that documents the loss is part of the same company that builds it back, working from one scope, one schedule and one contract.

How we operate
Four commitments you can hold us to.
These are not values on a wall. Each one shows up as something specific on the paperwork before you sign it.
- Stabilize before you sell
- The first visit exists to stop the damage. We are not going to hold a tarp hostage until someone signs a reconstruction contract, and we do not ask for a deposit before the property is secure.
- The scope is the promise
- What is written is what gets built. If conditions inside a wall change the work, that becomes a written change order with a price, signed before the crew continues.
- Our own crews on the critical path
- Restoration, roofing, carpentry and MEP are in-house. Subcontracted trades are where schedules quietly die, so we kept the ones that control the schedule.
- Documentation the carrier accepts
- Photo logs, moisture readings, measurements and a line-item estimate. It is the same package we hand the owner and the adjuster, and it does not change depending on who is reading it.

Restoration draws transient labour, especially after a storm. Our field crews are our own, they carry company identification, and the lead assigned to your job is the same lead through close-out.
